WHERE: In the Front Conference Room of South Central Place located at 2260 Hwy. 15 North in Laurel (next to Kroger's).

Although every special-needs child is different and every family is unique, there are some common concerns that link the parents of a special-needs child. This support group will promote acceptance in the extended family, school, and community. 

Members of the group will celebrate the challenges which will make triumphs so much sweeter.  During each support group meeting there will be an opportunity for special-needs children to interact in a social setting. By joining this network of parents, you will soon see that weaknesses are often accompanied by amazing strengths.

The Families and Children with Special Needs Support Group will meet every First Tuesday of the Month at 6 p.m. located at South Central Place.  For more information, please contact Janet Staples at (601) 399-0512.
