What is My eCare?
The My eCare Patient Portal is an online health management tool for patients provided by Cerner and South Central Regional Medical Center.
How Do I Sign Up to Use My eCare?
You can visit the Health Information (Medical Records) Department, any South Central Clinic or South Central Regional Medical Center Department, present your photo ID and complete an authorization form, which must include your email address. You may also print the My eCare authorization form by Clicking HERE. Once printed and completed, the form may be mailed to the Health Information Department. Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive an email invitation to complete your online registration.
