Lea Jefcoat, LPN, is an Inpatient Hospital nurse at South Central Regional Medical Center. “At South Central, there are several fields in nursing to provide care,” stated Lea. “Whether it is hospital based care, the long-term care facilities or medical clinics, South Central’s health system offers something for everyone.”

Lea began providing care in 1996 as an Emergency Medical Technician with EMServ, and in 2016 she became an LPN. “Healthcare is a very fulfilling job,” said Lea. “I love taking care of patients. Being able to show that you care and are there for them goes a long way.”
