Silas Overland is a four year old boy who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome at birth. Melissa, Silas’ mother, accredits much of Silas’ development to the rehabilitation therapists at South Central Regional Medical Center. Silas Overland’s story continues next week, as his mom talks about the miracles that South Central provides Silas every day.
