Roger Wynne, Director of the Intensive Care Unit at South Central Regional Medical Center, wants everyone to know the difference that they can make when they sign up to be an organ donor.

“You can save the lives of up to eight people, and you can also have another hundred people that are touched by tissue donations,” states Wynne.  “That’s 108 people’s lives than can be changed dramatically through the life of one.”

SCRMC has achieved local and national recognition for its organ donation work.

“Anyone can donate. It’s important that all family members have this conversation with their loved ones because you never know who’s life you might touch in the future.”
