Executive Director of the Laurel Center for Pregnancies Choices Carol Harbaugh describes the center as a place that serves young people, especially women, by offering all the information involved with pregnancies, including education about the choices to parent the child or offer the choice of an adoption plan.

The Laurel Center for Pregnancies Choices is a not-for-profit agency that is now a pregnancy medical clinic that can offer nurse-administered pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, and continuing to offer peer counseling, group classes, and STD education.  All of the services are free and confidential.
