Ross and Laura Tew met when they were kids in Mississippi. Even back then they came to Laurel to go to Laurel Little Theater on their first date, and today they call Laurel their home because of the community and the home town feel. Abigail Ruth is their first born daughter. Laura says that choosing to deliver Abigail at South Central Regional Medical Center with Dr. Weber was an easy decision. They love the fact that the nurses take the baby at night to let the new parents rest and ease into things.
