Dr. Nikhil Mukhi, a Hematologist and Medical Oncologist at South Central Cancer Center in Laurel, grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone. He says he has been fascinated with the friendliness of the people in the area since his first visit to Laurel, and he sees that a a real selling point for Laurel. He wants to get to know his patients, understand their problems, and help them get to the goals they want in life.

With his advanced training, Dr. Mukhi strives to offer the same level of treatment that you can get at any major academic center. He works with the team of physicians at the South Central Cancer Center to help take care of every cancer patient.
