LAUREL FAMILY CLINIC PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE SERVICES

In a time of continual changes and uncertainty in healthcare, Laurel Family Clinic wishes to provide your family complete medical care. The medical staff at Laurel Family Clinic is comprised of board certified healthcare providers: Dr. John Hassell, Dr. Jack Evans, Dr. Terry Pitts, Dr. Kelly Shoemake; Debbie Flowers, Family Nurse Practitioner; and Alan Bryson, Physician Assistant. Laurel Family Clinic has served the residents of Jones County and surrounding areas for over 40 years.

Jack Evans, MD, Family Medicine Physician, states “We have invested our careers in your healthcare, for we believe everyone deserves excellent, personal attentive medical care. Laurel Family Clinic has been newly renovated to provide comprehensive testing and assessment. The facility now adjoins South Central Urgent Care and Industrial Medical, along with a newly constructed diagnostic center to provide an onsite laboratory and radiology services.

“We provide comprehensive physical exams and laboratory testing for assessment of your healthcare needs,” states Dr. Evans. “Guidance and referrals into our wonderful community healthcare system for complete care. We work in concert with all medical specialties to complete your healthcare needs.”

According to Dr. Evans, Laurel Family Clinic specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic disease. This includes treatment of many chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, arthritis, depression and anxiety. The healthcare providers will define and update your immunization requirements.
