The Lindstrom Eye & Laser Center in Laurel offers comprehensive eye care from routine exams to treatment for the full spectrum of eye diseases and problems. One of their many offerings is an optical coherence tomogram (OCT) which is a noninvasive imaging device that uses light waves to scan the optic nerve and the retina and gives cross-sectional pictures that allow them to see the layers beneath the surface of the eye. The Lindstrom Eye & Laser Center has recently upgraded their OCT to Optovue OCT. This OCT gives more precise and detailed pictures of the eye. It also provides a thirty second eye wellness program that can easily detect diseases.
