I work with physicians schedules to identify patients that need Medicare wellness visits. We aim to schedule preventative screenings such as mammograms, DEXA scan, for smokers we can off a CT lung scan, colonoscopy, PSA for men on a 1 to 3 year bases, smoking cessation classes, diabetes training and more.
