Effective March 1, 2023, the name and phone number for Laurel Family Clinic have changed. Laurel Family and Urgent Care are now “South Central Family Medicine & Urgent Care”.

The medical practices, hours of operation and location will remain the same as under the Laurel Family name and Urgent Care name.
