Save the Date! Books are Fun/Collective Goods will be at SCRMC.

Wednesday, April 26 and Thursday, April 27

The shelves at SCRMC will be filled with toys, gifts, games, gadgets and other accessories — high-tech and low-tech — from Bluetooth Beanies to a simple deck of playing cards. Also among the variety of items on sale will be electronics, children’s books, interactive books, cell phone accessories and Bluetooth speakers. Prices range from $3 items to $40 items.

• Wednesday, April 26 – 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Thursday, April 27 – 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• Location: SCRMC Conference Rooms A&B
• Cash, check, credit cards, Apple Pay and payroll deduction (for SCRMC employees) will be accepted.

Collective Goods, previously known as Books Are Fun, is a fundraising group that finds unique gifts and other items that are not widely available and sells them to raise money for non-profit organizations. A percentage of all the sales from the event will benefit the South Central Health Care Foundation.

South Central Health Care Foundation provides many services to the South Central health system, patients and the surrounding communities. The mission of the Foundation is to improve the health and well-being of the community members we serve. By hosting events, such as this Book & Gift Fair, monies can be used to support those in our community who need it the most.

For all customers who make a purchase on Wednesday or Thursday, they are eligible to register for the raffle gift basket, compliments of South Central Health Care Foundation. The winner will be announced on Friday, April 28.
