As an Emergency Department nurse at SCRMC, Hollie Brooks, LPN II, experiences new patient situations each day. She stated, “In the ER, we deal with a lot of different types of care, which could be minor care situations or trauma circumstances. The great thing about the department is that everyone works together as a team. From triage to nursing services, the medical staff, radiology, pharmacy, and paramedics, it is all incorporated into providing the best possible care to the patient. I chose South Central because we work together as a team.”
