Cardiac Rehab is an outpatient service for patients who have had a cardiac event such as a heart attack, or any kind of cardiac procedure like open heart surgery or stent placement. This a 12-week program that meets 3 days a week. The goal is to help return the individual to an active, healthy lifestyle.
