Johnny McDonald, the SCRMC Director of Food Services and Nutrition, is passionate about providing numerous options for every person who dines at South Central.
His role consists of two main focuses. First, he provides patients with delicious meals that meet their nutritional needs during their hospital stay. Second, he is responsible for operating the recently renovated South Central Cafeteria, which is open to the general public seven days a week.
In addition to meeting these needs, SCRMC’s Food Services Department also offers catering services.
