South Central Regional Medical Center’s ComfortCare Hospice recently received the SHP Best™ Hospice Caregiver Experience Premier Performer award, a prestigious recognition for the high-quality care they provide to their patients. 

The recognition is based on ComfortCare Hospice’s performance in the 2024 CAHPS Hospice Survey. Only those who rank within the top 5% of all programs surveyed are named Premier Performers, making this an outstanding accomplishment. 

According to Strategic Healthcare Programs, the organization that gives the award, “The annual SHP Best™ program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high-quality service to their patients.”
