Elisha Newell, RN, is a nurse in the Nursery at South Central Regional Medical Center. Elisha has been providing care to newborns at SCRMC since 1996. During her time at SCRMC, Elisha said she has experienced many moments of joy. “The benchmark of nursing service is compassion,” said Elisha. “At South Central Regional Medical Center it is so rewarding to serve our patients with excellence. Part of my life’s dream has been to be a nurse. It is a great joy to offer peace and comfort to our patients during their most vulnerable times.”
