SOUTH CENTRAL COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR CANCELLED

South Central Regional Medical Center’s annual Community Health Fair which was planned for tomorrow at South Central Place has been cancelled. Linda Gavin, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development said, “We have received several cancellations from booth fair participants due to the uncertain condition of the roads in the a.m. Some of our vendors travel in from around the state to provide free health screenings/information at the event and I can certainly understand their concern.” Gavin said they hope to reschedule the event, but they usually book vendors 4-6 months in advance to secure their participation.
