As one of the largest employers in the region, South Central Regional Medical Center is passionate about caring for its employees. In support of this goal, South Central held an in-person benefits fair on Nov. 6, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the main hospital location.

The following employee benefit providers were in attendance:

• Health insurance providers

• Retirement plan representatives

• Wellness and supplemental coverage partners

Employees from every department were encouraged to attend and take advantage of the opportunity to ask questions, explore benefit options and gather information before completing this year’s active enrollment.

“At South Central, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to offering meaningful benefits that help our employees thrive,” said South Central’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Greg Baldwin. “The Benefits Fair allowed our team members to connect directly with our benefit partners, gain a better understanding of their options and make choices that best support themselves and their families.”

In addition to meeting with vendors, attendees had the opportunity to learn about other programs designed to support the physical, emotional and financial health of South Central employees.

The purpose of this event is to help employees make informed decisions about their health care and financial well-being while highlighting the many resources available through South Central’s comprehensive benefits package.
