Who Receives Hospice care?

• A cancer patient who has elected to stop or not receive curative treatment
• A terminal diagnosis
• A chronic illness that is no longer treatable
• An elderly patient who cannot travel to a clinic and no longer wants any type of treatment

Hospice is a Support Program.

How to Get Started:

If a physician has ordered hospice services for a loved one, or if you believe a loved one could benefit from our services, we’re here to help. Referrals to hospice typically are made by a patient’s physician.

If you have any questions or need any assistance with the referral process, please reach out to us at 601-422-0054 and we can help you initiate services. Once the referral is received, services may begin in 24-36 hours.
