For individuals who are in need of intensive and personalized medical care for short periods, our Skilled Nursing Facility is an excellent choice. Our trained skilled nursing staff strives for a high-level of personal care, perfect for seniors who require 24-hour monitoring of health needs. Many patient stays are less than three months and most frequently consist of seniors who come directly from the hospital to recover from surgery or severe illness.

We work with your physician, hospital or healthcare providers to ensure a seamless admission process including a comprehensive nursing assessment and treatment plan.  Our rehabilitation programs ensure all needs and personal goals are planned on admission. We accept admissions Monday through Friday and work with Medicare plans, most Medicare Replacement and Managed Care Plans, Medicaid and Private Pay.

In addition, we offer 24 hours nursing care for those needing longer term stays and provide the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities of life (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing and medication. Our plan is a focus on overall wellness and maintaining residents’ independence.

Physician on call at all times for resident needs, as well as, a physician rounding a minimum of five days per week
